How will I get the rewards?

The rewards will be credited back directly via Paypal using your registered ShippingCart email address.

I have a different PayPal email. How do I add my ShippingCart email to my main PayPal account?

If your shippingcart email is different from your PayPal email, here’s a step by step guide on how to add another email to your PayPal Account.

  1. Log into your PayPal account.
  2. Click “my profile”.
  3. Click “profile and settings”.
  4. Click “update” in the “email” area.
  5. Click the plus symbol at the top right.
  6. Enter the email address you would like to add and click “save”.

Do I need to wait for an accumulated amount to get the rewards?

Yes. Once the total cashback amount reaches or exceeds more than $5, it will be credited to your Paypal account. The paypal transaction fee will be deducted from your total cashback. You can view your cashback history to track how much cashback credit you can expect to receive.

Do I need to have a ShippingCart account to get the rewards?

Yes. You need to have a ShippingCart account since rewards are generated by the use of the ShippingCart account.

The product link isn't working or is broken. What do I do?

Why didn't I get any Cashback Rewards?

Your rewards might not have been tracked due to the following reasons:

  1. You may not have clicked from ShippingCart's website or newsletter cashback recommendations before making a purchase. Without this initial click history, we will be unable to track your order and thus no rewards will be awarded.
  2. You may not have followed the Merchant Store's Terms & Conditions when ordering through ShippingCart's website or newsletter cashback recommendations. Every partner store comes with a unique set of terms and conditions. If you fail to adhere to them when ordering, we will be unable to earn a commission from our partner stores and hence, no rewards will be awarded. You can access each partner store's Terms & Conditions on the rewards popup window.
  3. There was a cancellation, return or exchange of your order. Cashback Rewards Points are only awarded for successful orders and will not be awarded for cancellations, returns or exchanges.
  4. You have an ad blocker applied to your browser.
  5. You have used a coupon or voucher code not listed on the email we sent you.
If none of the above applies to you, please submit a missing rewards inquiry to cashback-support@findshare.com.

The Cashback Reward amount I received was incorrect. What do I do?

For certain stores, the percentage and/or amount of rewards awarded is not fixed and is calculated based on different tiers (e.g. different categories of products and new/existing customers). Check the rewards tier for every store to know the amount of rewards points you will be awarded before ordering.

How long will it take for me to get my cashback?

As long as the user won't return the order once received, the cashback should reflect on your account within 30-60 days depending on the merchant.
